Great news

So our oldest boy had his doctors appointment today. He and Joel got home and he run up to me and said Daddy the doctor gave me a A- report.

A- that is pretty good little man I don't think I've ever got an A- in my life.

Go get cleaned up for dinner Joel told him.

Joel told me everything looked good and his kidney function was improving. He was very impressed. He did say he was a bit under weight for his age and wants him to start drinking PediaSure. I haven't seen Joel look this relieved in a while.

Everyone was very disappointed to learn the baseball game was rained out but excited for a double header tomorrow.

It was a nice evening so we made a fire and s'mores and everyone played outside.

I asked the boys about the water park and if they had fun

Dad it was so fun one of the lifeguards was helping kids learn to swim but he didn't have to help us.

So he asked me about you guys what you do.

I told him that you sold insurances to sick people and then I to him my papa cut the cheese for work.

That got a good laugh from Joel and I

Buddy I do a lot more than cut cheese at work.

I know Papa but I like the cheese best that you bring home, so that's what I tell people. You cut cheese at work.
