I Think Kids Say the Cutest Things
New Take On The Girls At School... My son turned eleven recently. He mostly argues with me and lies about brushing his teeth or showering. He's still a cute little boy and every once in awhile he will say something really cute.
He had to start a new school this year. I asked him if he made any friends and what he did at recess. So he tells me the names of his buddies and I ask what they do at recess. I was expecting him to say play football or wall ball but instead he said "we chase girls". I wasn't too surprised except he told me all the girls at his school were ugly when I asked him if he had a girlfriend back when school started. I reminded him that he had said that none of them were pretty he replied, "well mom.... They're hot and I'm desperate!"
I guess he's not so little afterall.
