What can i do to contain my near-puberty boys as a lone mother?

i always think in that matter since divorce , now my boys are near puberty and i need some advices, how can i handle my boys in this difficult duration in their life, my older son started to have more fights with his school mates, how to handle him without being too cruel with him

If your child is a fighter, take him to traditional martial arts classes to teach him about values and self-control. This will keep his energy focused on activities that help him develop his body, mind and spirit. Also make sure that in that school the teacher can teach him good values about discipline, self-control and respect.
