I Am a Mother

So we finally made our mind on the new nursery for N. It's located nearby H's workplace so that's pretty convenient. Cheaper and looks promising too as it's a franchise and not privately owned like the previous nursery. Heard great stuffs from H's colleagues that sent their kids there too and the principal's pretty strict in regards to infective diseases/symptoms amongst kids there.

It's just that.. I'm just a bit worried that N will be too upset on his first day tomorrow; that he has to start anew at a strange place without familiar faces around.
I hope he doesn't cling onto me and throw his infamous tantrums when we're there tomorrow. *fingers crossed 😔*

Believe it or not kids take their cues from us & often.
He has to see how confident you are about his new nursery and how happy you are. Make it exciting but not too exciting.
Don't be overly cautious or worried about a tantrum because he will sense it and drop one on you.

This is what I've learned with my kids and having them at daycare. It's just my tip, I know your not looking for advice so sorry about that lol

Best wishes to your little boy on his first day!
