That moment you are dumb and think you have time to shower while your 2.5 year old is napping
but
Someone dumber than you brought a sharpie marker in your house without you knowing it so you get out of the shower to a quiet house but not a sleeping toddler and an entire wall of art.
She came running to me huge smile large black lines on her hands, arms and face pointing "No mommy! look no!"
"Nos right, I say, we no draw on the wall"

Fast forward Sharpie found and in trash, clean baby, clean wall. I was cleaning one of her drawings and find NO under it. I had to take a pic to send to my husband I asked Act mad or naw? Two hours later No, how can you be mad at no.
We work on letter recognition and formation as well as lines and shapes and she can make capital letters nowhere near perfect but recognizable but I have no idea how she knew to spell no and why she was so happy about no.
This led to my first fight with the mother in law
Now my delusional MIL thinks my baby is gifted and I am refusing to accept it.
No Karen, she's an average 2.5 year old just because she wrote no on a wall don't make her gifted she thinks she's Peppa pig 85% of the time

Shes a little advanced in some areas a little average in others and even a little behind on a few milestones kids all develop at different rate and you aren't labeling my kid Karen, no you ain't!
