@AthrillatheHunt Good grief . The prep for a colonoscopy is necessary to assure nothing remains in the entire colon, ascending, transverse and descending colon right up to the end. One does not need to do that routinely for "hygiene/ cleaning" since it disturbs normal colon functions. However whatever gives you a thrill I suppose
