neighborhood widow visit

A senior friendly neighbor, few blocks away, had demised following a heart attack.. His widow at home had a few relations who visited at the time and then reverted back to their cities leaving her alone,, I had been his friend and had helped him out many requirements as needed by him at different times...
She was morose ,dejected ,disillusioned and feeling lost and lonely,, so i decided to help her out psychologically as well as financially if needed. She had her confidence in my logic and expressed her gratitude in me. I had decided to give her my evenings and got her dinner of whatever came to my mind so that she may be rid of burden of kitchen cooking..We started to have dinner together at her place whether pizza, pasta ,manchurian or roasted and fried chicken /lamb and breadbutter etc...
One day, just 30days of his demise ,she got a dues letter from the bank..to remit a large sum which would render her savings account to very low level..I had taken this up with the bank and got the same avoid of the penalties to just 15% of the value,,, Further I paid up the same from my accounts to get null and void....
