Our sincere efforts only go so far, especially if not returned. I think that in any relationship it's compatibility that keeps a relationship going, and growing.

Very true.. But sometimes if there is no effort from other end (person), relationships do go for a toss.

They might count to ourselves and God but they don't seem enough for other humans a lot of the time 😔
