I've come to acknowledge that my relationship with my father is extremely unhealthy

He'll yell at me, dissappear for 5-30 minutes, then he'll come back with an excuse to why he yelled at me.

It's a cycle of this for the past few years after my mom died (and before she died, he used to be physically abusive).

Would it be wise to try and leave when I'm financially able to?
