Today is a special day. Today you were both on my mind. The things that I learned from you, the laughs we shared, and the hard times we endured. Today and every day you are both in my heart. I miss you both very much.
Today I sat and watched the sunrise.
Today I sat out in front of the lake.
Today I washed my car, and took my time to do it right.
And now I’m sitting here in our favorite restaurant. Alone with only my memories to keep me company.
