@SlippingAway He was supposed to give my sister $20,000 of mom's life insurance money to help her and her family be stable until they can get to Vietnam (long story). Instead, he gave all $100,000 of it to our youngest brother who has ALWAYS gotten preferential treatment over the rest of us.
