What to do on Father's day?

Me and my dad don't always see eye to eye on some subjects but he has helped me to be the person who I am today.
I didn't bother getting him a card today but I did buy him a couple of pints at Weatherspoons today and spent time talking to him while ignoring my phone. I know that it doesn't sound like much but when we both have enough it is the small things that matter. Yes I do probably spend more attention to my mum on mother's day. But my dad has doesn't like a lot of attention but he knows that the small stuff seems alot.
