How wonderful for you to still have yr Dad around! Sounds like hes doing great! The changes hes seen in technology in his life time are mind blowing, it great that hes been able to embrace and enjoy the internet!
I lost my dad back in 1988. He was only 62. We've often said how how much (we feel) he would have embraced the internet and all todays gadgets and gizmos.

The more you share about your father, the more and more I like the guy.
My father's reaction to new technology would be to just shake his head and say "never mind!"
And I share your dad's concern about "Brave New World." I see how AI does a lot of good (for example, it has assisted in some scientific breakthroughs), but I also worry about how the "post-truth era" will just get worse and worse.

I doubt my father could handle the advances, even though in later life he often read my science fiction books, where these advances where talked about. Like Isaac Asimov. He loved those books.
If my father was alive he would be 105. Sadly he passed away at 70.
He was amazed at my use of computers then in the 1980s.

R. Daneel was throughout most of Asimov's books. There's no way he could forget this robot.
Sophia was one of the first of her type. Plenty of YouTube videos about her.

@bijouxbroussard 🤗at ninety three that is wonderful he done well to keep his faculties and it is nice .nature can also have a cruel side too and inflict mental issues and other ailments so your pop can count himself one of the lucky ones

@smiler2012 Yes. We watched Mom go through a period of dementia before her passing and that was very difficult. 😞

@bijouxbroussard I’ll never forget the photo you shared of them holding hands. Some things just touch you in a way that stays with you forever. That photo is one of them.
