I am almost freaking out right now

I am so screwed I put myself in a this mess, I knew this was coming but didn't think so soon, it's my own doing all I can do is just avoid social media for a while and hope it dies out. I told my husband about this and he said just close your social media accounts for now and I feel this is what I might have to do eventually.
