why do some people like to do the same things everyday?

When living in our old house my family had a smile on there face to get up and do the same things every day

them doing the same things everyday

and me doing the same things everyday

Some people thrive with that consistency. It's just how they're wired. When I was married I packed him the same lunch every day for six years... 🫩

I like some consistency these days for security/raising a child, but left on my own I crave new knowledge, new places, new experiences.

Being stuck in the grind right now, the monotony, I'm wilting.
