@YoMomma Not rage .. more like frustration. Same stuff over and over for years. Should have done this 10 yrs ago.

Had let the trimming go too long, so knew the grass/weed cuttings would be flying like crazy.

Finished the night with a beer by a fire in the fire pit and some 60's classic rock .. Buffalo Springfield, The Guess Who and Crosby, Still and Nash.

@BrandNewMan idk it remains to be seen.. i only recently realized i had long term bad habits that need to be dealt with as to why i was even doing it and all that.. sorta mental introspection eh? 🙂 so i guess i'm trying to work on things? It's just frustrating i guess when one has certain hopes and dreams and goals and the person they are with is in conflict or indifference to everything of importance to the other person.. it becomes a bit maddening and resentful eh? 😬 idk i have a lot to deal with still it kinda kills a person in a way internally to be void of one's wishes for life.. idk

@YoMomma Sounds familiar. Takes two putting in the effort to make things work .. and that can be rather hard to sustain.

Current home is nearly paid off and I can buy a smaller place back in the midwest out right with my part of the proceeds of selling this one.

@BrandNewMan ah ok yeah skip the insane interest.. my husband sold our last lil house and we bought land and stuff and don't have to pay a mortgage anymore either ☺

@YoMomma If I can pull it off would like to go that route and build my own new place. Will have to see what I find when the time comes.

@BrandNewMan everything is 2-4x expensive now..

@YoMomma Yeah, so buying existing may bring more for the money and I can upgrade/renovate over time .. especially if prices normalize.

@BrandNewMan yeah especially if it only requires moderate fixes that don't require expensive permits 😏

@YoMomma Permits are not expensive there .. and I have the tools/skills, or family with them, for just about anything I'd need to do.
