They can't wrap their head around her doing what is most natural for women to do? I think her having a baby when her other children are teenagers is wonderful, although I would have had other children in between that period too. Some of us enjoy responsibility, and what kind of woman would not want a beautiful baby to look after? I have had three children, and want at least seven more. I am expecting to be pregnant again this year, into next year.
I would absolutely have a baby when I am this woman's age. It also means that her teenagers can learn more about responsibility, and looking after children. There is no reason they can't play with their baby sibling, bond with their baby sibling. Having an autistic child is challenging, but that is life. You make the best of it.
