My wife cheated on me, with a good friend. So we filled divorce papers. Now, she's on holiday with him, and I am at home with our kids filling lousy.

Me and my wife have been separated for three years now and I see my kids whenever I can mostly on weekends ,she's wanted a divorce all this time but she won't spend any of her precious money to go get it ,at first I didnt want it but these last few years apart made me realize a lot about how bad our relationship had become she treated me like dirt for so long it turned into mud and now I really dont think there's any hope of ever saving it and I'm not sure I even want to go back to being treated like crap again I just can't do it ,the worst part of it all is she doesn't think she did anything wrong she blames it all on me because of the person I became because of her I wasn't myself I became I horrible person that did things I would have never done if things were better between us, Im not saying it's all her fault but she pushed me away from her I feel like she never even wanted me around ,so what I'm saying is dont sit around feeling sorry for yourself get on with your life and move on and keep moving forward

@Highonheels: thanks, you're so right, I've got to move on

@Paulo: yes sir move on and let your kids know how much you love themno matter what happens between you and her I mean if you feel like you can forgive her and work things out then more power to you but if she felt like she had to cheat on you to make her self feel better than in my personal opinion your better of on your own to be completely honest, since I left my wife I've been trying my best to remain friends but she even makes that difficult the problem with her is she hasnt really changed much toward me so it makes it hard to even be friendly towed her

@Highonheels: I still like her a lot, that's what makes this situation so difficult. I want to be friends with her, but I think she will just ignore me.

Well my friend all you can do is try to be friends and if she ignores you then you have your answer she doesnt really want anything to do with you it will hurt for awhile but you have to fight through the pain you will probably go through a depression feeling sorry for yourself but thats normal once your over it then you can move on with your life, PS I am so sorry you are going through this trust me I know how you are feeling I've been there and it sucks I sympathize with you if you need to talk about personal stuff I'll be there for you OK just PM me whenever you want. And as far as that guy "friend" of yours goes you should completely forget about him if he was willing to get with her behind your back then like serenitree said he's not your true friend
