Is everyone splitting up and getting a divorce this year?

When dating someone they're on their best behavior, but after you say, "I do", shit starts to change. Marriage has evolved into slavery, and a clingy trap with no freedom. No wonder there's so much divorce. Husbands, and wives don't own each other, and the reasons for marriage have so many sideroads, that it all becomes a blur after awhile. Love may have pushed you into the trap, but love can't survive the sideroads that a marriage will take, then break.

Better to divorce early. I made the mistake of hanging around until kids came. But she doesn’t, didn’t, and never loved me. Literally stayed because of my poor self esteem, and then kids. Get it over fast if it's obvious.

Probably the covid lockdowns and the resulting economic collapse are responsible. Being cooped up with someone for long periods of time doesn’t work is they are already married.
