I Don't Want a Divorce

I don't want to get a divorce, but I must admit, that I am no longer the same person my husband married 18 years ago. Before I was young and beautiful,and active, a social butterfly, ambitious. now I am obese and schizophrenic and lazy.Little to No motivation. Fear of leaving my house.
