I Am Divorced

Sometimes when I am chatting with ex wife about our kids, although, we are separated/divorced now 5 years. She still calls me love. Yesterday, I realized how much I miss her. Our kids are doing great, so the conversation is very easy. She lets it slip, “ You know love....” I miss her. She is remarried.

It happens....I've called my ex 'honey' on occasion. I would think it's a natural slip, given that we were together for 20 years also. (He usually just laughs at me and makes a joke)

I'm sorry though, that you feel like you're missing her. That's rough.
But you guys must be doing something right, if the kids are doing so well. :)

@ImpeccablyImperfect kids are important and we have stayed that course. I know it is a slip when she does it.
