I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

sounds like something for the court to decide, a lot of people have a home based business so that can look after the kid(s) themselves.

My business requires me to work in a home photo studio and lots of labor work. It makes it hard to take photos when your two year old is running around in front of the camera and picking up objects that need to be photographed. @RoxClymer
