I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

Just go to the country and have them automatically pull it from his paycheck. I think it’s just a form. You’re decree stipulates the amount. They then send to you and you never have to deal with his ass on this subject.
