I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

You cannot work from home and watch a 2 year-old at the same time. The agreement says he has to pay half. Talk to your lawyer again. You are not being unreasonable. Sheesh.

I have, and his lawyer is saying I’m lying about the daycare to collect money from him. Such as BS. We needed daycare when we were running the business together. Now I’m running the business on my own. @PoetryNEmotion
