I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

What disappoints me every time I see this kinda stuff is.... it’s for the kid, His money... your money... the source doesn’t matter... it’s the child. The child’s care has nothing to do with how the marriage went down...
