I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

LoL... you may need to remind him that if you're going to make any money someone needs to watch the tiny. What an fool. just tell him he can take the little one to work with him and see how that works out.

We now live in two different states so I asked him to take the baby with him for a few months until I get the business rolling if he doesn’t want to pay for the daycare.(I was bluffing of course.) He said no. @nonsensiclesnail

@MyNewBeginning I'm sorry your dealing with this at all, and sorrier hes making things more difficult. I hope he figures out the whole parental responsibility thing does not stop when hes not in the same place.
