I Am Divorced

So my divorce agreement says my X is supposed to pay half of the children’s daycare fee when I work. I have a home business, therefore I need someone to care for my 2 year old during my working hours. However, he is refusing to pay because he says I don’t need to hire a daycare for me to work at home. Really?

Don't expect him to willingly do anything. The problem is that by the time you're done paying lawyers, it's going to cost you more than you get back. I've seen this happen over, and over. I wish the world was fairer, and people realize that they should not be punishing those they once loved, and loved them back. I am not saying that bad behavior should be rewarded, but generally speaking, it's about being in differences of opinion, rather than malice.
