Tons and tons of support groups, YouTube channels dedicated to the subject, and literature on this. Start joining and learning about their patterned behavior. Lots of great advice on this from people who have been through this. I promise I read so many stories that were identical to mine. This is going to be one of the biggest challenges you’ll ever face. A year later I thought I learned everything i needed to and had moved on, forgot some of the key lessons — he caught me during me a moment of weakness, I slipped and had to relearn from scratch.
