I would appreciate any advice or help. Older female preferred

Hi I'm Edward 25 M Canada looking for a female disciplinarian online once or twice a month. I am obedient and respectful and will not make it sexual. I would even appreciate any advice on discipline. Here are the habits I want to maintain.
Be respectful and responsible. Make sure my home is clean, read as often as possible, no smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol and save 15 percent of every pay. Make sure I exercise at least 3 times a week
