Bedtime and curfew

Speaking of annoying things, let's talk about bedtimes. I mean, seriously, why are they even a thing? I get that I need sleep and all that, but my aunt acts like it’s some kind of law that I have to be in bed at a certain time. And if I’m not, guess what? Yep, another lecture! She’ll start with, “It’s important to get enough sleep,” and then go into a whole thing about how it affects my mood, my schoolwork, and basically my entire life. I’m like, “I know, I know, but sometimes I’m just not tired yet!” But nope, it doesn’t matter. It’s bedtime, and I better be in bed, or else. Ugh, it’s so unfair! 😫😫😫

A bed time rituals are important in order to get good sleep depending on your age you should have a minimum of eight hours of sleep. OK so if you go to bed late and you have to go to school the next morning, then your sleep rhythms are gonna be off and you’ll be drowsy all day at school, it’s no different when you’re an adult and you have a job instead of going to school for me sleep is a priority because I work night shift so I’m awake all night and sleep all day and I have to flip my schedule back-and-forth from days tonight, so I’m very aware of my circadian rhythm There are ways of tricking your circadian rhythm, such as not being in the sunlight for any more than 15 minutes before you’re ready to go to bed that is of your sleep during the day.
