Mental Health problems among young children

Children as young as six are being treated in accident and emergency for mental health problems. Attendances by the youngest age groups have risen 62 per cent since 2019 as mental health issues surge. The increase is far higher than among older children, prompting warnings about the long-term consequences of problems during crucial stages of childhood development.
What on earth is happening in our country? It never used to be like this!
