12.45 to 4.48am

I am so shattered...

It's 7.48am I need to get ready, walk the dog, get back tidy up a little then be ready for a house meeting at 10am.

Babies and growth spurts and teething....

It's hard! Do you use frozen teethers? I gave myn the little popsicle ones that look like a ring pop and he loved them. Occasionally if it was really bad I did use baby Tylenol which I wish I didn't and had used a clinical herbalist instead but, it helped a ton. Took pain symptoms away and usually he fell asleep. I used less than the recommended dose probably half.

@Notsimilarreally so he has all that in the day.
At night he wants comfort, food and nappy changes.

It's tough. But I know he'll get through this.

@Mellowgirl oh yeah they all get through it...but it is very hard on both baby and mama. You learn as you go. You are doing great 🧡
