Sorry for your condition. It's very stressful to argue over such things. You may want to calmly tell him that while you love him, that you can't make him happy, which makes you sad. So, since you want him to be happy, that you and him will have to go separate ways and that will make you happy because he will be able to find someone who in more pleasing to him and that you will also be happy for yourself since you won't have to try to deal with his unhappiness.

Since he is obviously unhappy it is unfair to you to remain in the situation where there is constant complaining about something you have no control over. But be very careful how you handle the situation because he may not be of sound mind and could lash out in anger and harm you.
