Procreation. I tried. It didn't happen

And now at my age, I'm thankful.
Yes, I'm sad there is no one to carry on my line. Yes, I'm sad that children didn't happen for me.
Being middle aged and seeing parents deal with children now? No effing way.
I don't have the energy anymore.
