How do I help kids who were affected by war?

Are there any agencies who do this, Is there any degree or course I should enroll in to join such organisations

You should start by helping out the needy kids near by your house, street in your locality, city etc. There after you can grow and actually know of more ways to indulge and offer.

I think so...its just my thought.
