The latest research tells us that raising children with constant praise and positive reinforcement produces adults without disorders based on fear, but also tends to produce disorders based on ego, like narcissism and selfishness. But if we've produced a generation of selfish adults, will they go on to raise a generation of self reliant adults through their ineptitude?
