I Cut Off Ties With My Biological Family
The Teaching Of Good Manners... I guess some people need to be taught good manners,as young teenager I was such a one! I always forget to knock when I visited my brother's home and had to be reminded that YOU DO NOT enter PEOPLE's home without knocking! I tended to forget perhaps because little Johnny and little Mary could just walk in and out,no problem,( it was "their home" I was told) and also because "people" happened to be my brother. So my brother had to drive home the lesson once and for all,he grabbed my arm and ejected me outside,I lost my balance and kissed the ground,I got up, dusted myself, and this time did not forget to knock, waiting for a well modulated "come in!" I was still shaken when the front door flew open and a man I did not know, but I took to be one of my brother's friend walked in,went to a crate of beer in the corner of the room and helped himself to a bottle, opened it (my brother having graciously handed over a bottle opener) took a long swallow and flopped on the settee, stretching comfortably Haaaaaa!!. Which reminded me of the ruction I had caused the previous week when I had again forgotten my "manners" and had helped myself to a glass of lemonade from the fridge.
I suppose only "certain people" must be TAUGHT "good manners"
