Sucks to live in a state where it is legal. I love my parents but this is so unfair.

I have mixed feelings about this one
I don't think it should be illegal to use a belt on your bottom, even bare, but I don't feel like it should be used for smaller things, but rather reserved for the "never again" type of correction
It should be something you avoid at all cost, but also entirely avoidable
That's how it's most effective anyway
