yea it still happens

Back when I was a young lad, corporal punishment was common at home and at school. I got the hairbrush otk on my backside when I was young and by the time I got to my teens I got the belt from my father although he almost always administered it allowing me to keep my pants up. These days I think it's not nearly as common to use this kind of discipline. And where I live CP in schools was banned long ago, pretty much disappearing by the 1980s, although too late to save me from dealing with it.
