Family members and I

Growing up in a Mexican household and I have seizures and epilepsy and cerebral palsy still have seizures well growing up with my brother and aunt watching me while my parents are working are babysitting me and I’m 33 years old now and still have someone looking after me do I still call them my babysitter or just a caregiver

You could just say that they are your carer... that way you might feel more removed from the idea of feeling like a child as your post suggests that you might be feeling.

In South Africa we usually say caregiver or guardian.
