Have you heard of the menstration police?

Just heard this on News Nation. China is so desperate to increase it's fertility rate that as of October 28th it wants to use the Romanian policies of each woman under 25 must have 5 children, anyone over 25 that is not married is fined and birth control is not allowed. Female, "Followup officers " where married and single women in each community must submit the dates of their last menstration.

@bijouxbroussard here it would probably take to form of submitting your babies birth certificate into a monthly lottery for a couple million bucks.

@Tastyfrzz China in particular has a hell of a nerve imposing such conditions on their people after having had a "one child" restriction for decades. If their population has dropped, the government has only itself to blame.
