How to help my dad have less stress

The place my dad works got bought by a different company and he said everything changed and it was stressing him out real bad. Then they laid him off and it took him 2 weeks to get a new job and its part time and does not pay as much.

Its hard seeing him like this. What will help him and is there any way I can help?
