Blablabla more whining from me, sorry. But I'm out of budget for therapy this week.

(And yes, yes, I plan to move out again within a year. I'm working on it.)

Had to go hang with a friend today, my mother was so mad at me. She asked me "what's her name?". "Where are you going?"."who is she?" . "What does she do?". "How do you know her?" Etc etc. in the most derogatory and interrogative tone. And then "she's unemployed?? what even is her status then? No status! "

Basically she wanted to say "she's not real, you're making her up to hide a boy from us." And also "you have no standards for making friends." Just to take away my confidence and stomp on my self esteem. She just can't see me have a social life. Because she has no social life herself. So She's jealous.

Nvm, I stormed out anyway.

Fast forward, I'm back. I quickly throw my accessories on the bed so I can go tend to the cat.
I'm back after like 20 mins to put my things away....and *dramatic drum roll*.... My bracelet is gone.
My PRECIOUS leather bracelet that I bought from Camden. I put it there myself 20 mins ago. I remember because I struggled to unlock it and was getting impatient because I didn't want the cat to run away without lunch.
I also noticed that the bag with my protein and creatine drums has been tampered with: mouth wide open to see the contents.

I know for A FACT that my mother thinks a boy has gifted me the bracelet and she's taken it away, thinking I'll ask around looking for it if it means something to me, which she could then use as an opportunity to inquire about it and ask me more questions on how I got it.

Lucky for me, I got it for no more than £20. She can keep it or chuck it for all I care.

Why does your mum have a problem with you meeting a boy? Is that not a good thing?

@CrazyChick21 she was in a loveless marriage (still is) and so does not like it if her daughters get any attention at all. And the culture is different too. But she wants a loveless marriage for her daughters. She wants something cold and transactional that serves her, with no care for what her daughters want or like in a man.

At this point, she should get married to one of those men she would choose for us herself 😁

She is horrible.
@turningthekeys Just make sure not to come to the US unless you enjoy staying in a detention center with no legal oversight.

@SinlessOnslaught I'd never get a US visa anyway! Passport too weak 🙈
@turningthekeys You're not missing much
