How can a single person even get their own place these days. Please help!!!

I'm so ready to move out of my parents. The thing is, I've always worked full time, but with rent and real estate spikes, it seems impossible. For a while I thought I'd get a live in manager's hotel job. But all of those are out of state. And I just want to have home and work separate from each other. I owe my dad money for a vehicle he helped me get last year. For the last 3 years I've had a job where I only worked summers. I just recently accepted a year round job that is right up my ally and I have a feeling it will be a place I will stay at. It doesn't pay super well. Just the average. But I did some figurings and with most decent places being at least 1,200 a month. There's no way I'd make it on my own. I just feel stuck in this endless cycle of constantly looking for better paying jobs just so I can have a life. But even those better paying jobs still isn't quite enough for a single person anyways. I've been trying and trying and trying for YEARS and getting no where with it

give up and find a roomate. or save money and buy a property and live in a rv. even back in the day when rents were like 650 a month for a one bedroom is was still hard to go it alone. i mean if you really want to be alone you could look for atrailer in a park but even those are expensive nowadays. or maybe try to find a cheap studio apt.
