My grandma and grandpa died both around this time of the year.

My grandpa would have been 85 had he lived. And my grandma would have been 80. My grandmother died june 30 of last year and my grandpa died May 29 two years ago. His birthday was two days ago. I was very harsh in my opinions of my grandparents when I was younger and I wish I had not been so much. I didn’t understand them very much and was quick to judge. I regret not spending more time with them while I had the chance even if I strongly disagreed with their world views and behavior. This is a hard time of year for my mother who lost both parents.
