I don't know how I feel about my little brother being so independent

My brother is an angel.

He is the first boy I ever raised on my own.

It wasn't as challenging as I expected it. I always thought raising boys would entail more problems. But he was an angel. I rarely talk about him even though I might very much be biased towards him the most.

He is brilliant, gentle, kind, loving, thoughtful..

But he also doesn't care for social expectations and we live in a world where success depends on your communication and charm, just as much as your hard work. That worries me to no end. It also worries me how the world sees men, wether or not it is legitimate. He is my brother. I love him and I don't want him carrying the burdens of the actions of the majority..men or humans..or..etc

He is my brother and my son. Both.

And he is beautiful.

Just saw him going to a fancy place in sportswear and a sandal. I used to insist on teaching him not to show up to meetings that way but now he has bit of security and can afford to offend people. It is so strange and bit funny when he does it.

I love him.
