Disappointed and Hurt
So, we planned a graveside service for my husband to bury his ashes for July.
We made these plans probably 4 months ago.
We're having a very small service and nobody from his side is going to come.
And the only person I had for my side,besides myself,my kids and the granddaughter, isn't going to come either ,because she got a better offer from another family member to visit them for a week and go on a vacation.
Her" I forgot "was really, hurtful.
I know I'm a low priority in my family, but I didn't know it was that low.
She's done a lot for me and I'll get over this ,but I don't understand her attitude.
The plans to come to this graveside service we're well before she made plans to go on this vacation and because this family member had to change the original time she had scheduled to the time of the service she decided that was the bigger priority.
Been crying ever since.
