Sometimes I want to smash my brothers face in every time he criticises what I eat

I don’t even eat anymore because of people like him, I sometimes want grab a shovel and smash his pretty face in , when someone comments him and say something a pig stye his room is he automatically gets mad and it feels like ww3 when he argues with my mum, you never know what he’s going to do and there’s nothing I can do about it
