I think constantly moving around as a kid probably taught you that leaving is normal, even when it hurts. So now whenever things get difficult, your brain automatically goes into “maybe I should leave” mode.
The fact that you recognize the pattern is honestly important. A lot of people don’t.
Not every problem means something is wrong though. Sometimes discomfort is just part of staying, growing, and building something long-term. Maybe instead of leaving immediately, give yourself time before making decisions.
You’re not stuck this way forever. Patterns can change once you become aware of them.
