I've not been sick since May of 2018, I've not even had COVID.

I think it's because I empty bowls regularly (2- times a day, sometimes more). I use cigarettes as a laxative. I like to call it 'flushing out the nasties'. I'm educated and have a demanding job and run for exercise without raspatory issues, but binge drink on the weekends. I've got down to 92 Ibs, which has been my goal weight my whole life and I've come to the realization that I probably have an eating disorder. I consume a lot of fiber and eat lean proteins. Except for the smoking and boozing (antioxidants from the wine might be good), I'm pretty healthy. My friends and family would be shocked if they knew about the smoking, and they complement me on how good I look. What are your thoughts on that?

Well, obviously you can't be healthy and smoke. You can feel healthy and even look healthy but you're not. You are damaging your lungs and there's no two ways about that. You may look healthy but you won't smell healthy and your taste buds will equally be affected. You can also end up with a host of other smoking related deficiencies and afflictions and that's before you even get to the serious stuff. I was a smoker for a long time and I'm still a vaper. I don't judge, I was just always honest about it. It's not good in any way. I accepted that I was killing myself.
